Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (launches, festivals, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations.
Delivery times: 7–14 business days
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Packaging
All sauces are securely sealed and packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive intact and ready to use.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 days at info@ruggedjacks.com.
Please include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will make it right.

Local Delivery(Optional)
Local delivery may be available on Long Island. Select this option at checkout if available and we will coordinate delivery.
